As announced on EN World, Malls & Morons will be published by TheLe Games and released in the summer of 2008. This was not a hard decision for me to make, and I am thankful that TheLe is taking a chance on my game to give it not only a chance to be consumed by the mass internet market, but also give me the chance to finally see my game in a gaming store. Ever since 1998 when I first devised notes on rules for Malls & Morons, I have dreamed of seeing in on the shelf of my friendly local gaming store, and this joint venture between me and TheLe is a forward step in seeing that happen.

I know I have in the past stated that Malls & Morons would always be free. In essence, this message has been written to convey my feelings on this statement. In the time I made the statement, it was enough for me to give the game away online, for free, in a time where the market was bustling for d20 games. It was a short footnote in the histoy of d20 gaming, and it was from this that I realized that free games never hit the high notes of notereity. But now, at this time in my life, it isn't enough for me to want to give it away for free. I feel that Malls & Morons is a great game that deserves to be recognized, a game that is good enough that one should have to pay to play it.

I hope that those who have supported Malls & Morons in the past will continue to support it by purchasing it, reading it, reviewing it, and playing it. Your support will not only ensure that TheLe Games keeps producing quality D&D products as well as non-D&D products, but it will also ensure my continued work in the gaming industry.
